The hotel was clean and quiet.

The service left much to be desired. On arrival, I was frustrated when I found the front desk staff disengaged and not very welcoming. Additionally, the recliner in our room was in poor condition, yet it clearly remains unused, which makes me question why it hasn't been replaced.

I had a great stay for 3 nights in the Deluxe Queen Room. The location was perfect for my event, and the room was really clean. I loved having a full-size refrigerator and microwave to keep my snacks handy. They did well with snow removal around the entrance during the blizzard. Overall, a solid choice! 😊

absoluteley shocking, I requested a pet-free room due to allergies, but all rooms had pets. And the "cleaning"? I doubt it. Plus, the reclining chair was more saggy than comfortable. I expected a room upgrade for my troubles, but no, just regular treatment. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't!

We enjoyed our night here with comfortable beds and useful amenities like a full fridge. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful, providing complimentary dishes when I needed them. Be mindful of the ice maker. it can be noisy at night. Overall, a pleasant stop on our journey!
